The Bible is the primary source of the world’s knowledge of God. In it we meet the one, true, and living God; are told of our true condition and how God, in His love, has given us a Saviour in His Son Jesus. In it we learn how to respond to Him in trust and obedience. Scripture’s claim for itself is that it is “God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness so that the man and woman of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
